The Opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll leverage your extensive experience and analytical skills to lead complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and drive strategic initiatives that align with W Digital's business objectives. You'll be responsible for understanding business needs, analysing complex problems, and developing innovative solutions that deliver value to our customers and the business.

What you’ll do

- AI-Driven Process Optimisation: Identify and document detailed requirements for AI-driven improvements to operational workflows in campaign delivery.



This includes understanding current processes and potential AI applications like agentic AI, workflow assistants, and automation.
- Collaborative Design & Delivery: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for scalable solutions. Support the team by ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
- Change Leadership: Support change management efforts by providing clear documentation and training materials for new tools and processes. Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Connected Ecosystem Thinking: Document and analyze the integration points of AI solutions with the existing martech stack, including Salesforce, Contentful, and MRM tools. Ensure requirements reflect seamless integration and avoid duplication.
- Operational Readiness: Assist in defining and documenting user-centric processes and ensuring compliance requirements are met. Help create documentation that supports business continuity and minimizes risk of error.
- Measurement & Feedback: Gather and analyze data and feedback to identify root causes of issues and opportunities for improvement. Support prioritization efforts by providing insights from data analysis.

Contribute to the roadmap by documenting evolving business needs and identifying potential impacts of proposed solutions.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant portion in a senior role within a digital or technology-driven setting.
- Experience leading and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
