Big Brown House (BBH) is seeking passionate Therapeutic Support Workers for casual shifts in the Sydney region. The role involves supporting children and young people in a therapeutic residential setting with a focus on safety, care, and development.

You will work with minimal supervision, provide day-to-day activities support, and ensure wellbeing under policy and health plans. Training, induction, and ongoing supervision are provided to develop professionally within a growing organisation.
