About The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to deliver end to end recruitment globally, supporting hiring wherever our growth takes us. Our current hiring footprint spans Australia, Southeast Asia and the United States, but your remit may extend into other markets as our teams continue to grow. This is a hands on role suited to someone with 3 - 4 years of recruitment experience who is ready to take significant ownership of their portfolio. You’ll manage multiple roles simultaneously, proactively source great talent, build strong relationships with hiring managers and create an excellent candidate experience. You’ll recruit across a broad mix of functions and levels, including technical,



commercial, operations and corporate roles.

What You’ll Do

- Own recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial role briefing through to offer and close.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage candidates across Australia, Southeast Asia and the United States.
- Build strong pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Screen and assess candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage interview processes, ensuring momentum and timely feedback throughout.
- Support offer management, candidate negotiations and closing.
- Provide hiring managers with insights on candidate availability, salary expectations and market conditions.
- Help develop effective interview and assessment approaches.
- Deliver a consistent, engaging and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide visibility on pipeline health and hiring progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Assist with People & Culture on employer brand and EVP initiatives.
- Work with recruitment agencies selectively where specialist support is required.

What We’re Looking For

- 3-4 years of end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong experience independently managing multiple vacancies at once.
- Demonstrated proactive sourcing capability, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.




- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Solid candidate screening and assessment skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep recruitment processes moving.
- Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience recruiting across multiple international markets, particularly Australia, Southeast Asia and/or the United States.
- Experience within a high-growth, scale-up, fintech or technology environment.
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Experience using Employment Hero.
- Experience improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies or candidate experience.
