Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries across phone, email and in person

- Recommend equipment,



prepare quotes and convert enquiries into hires

- Manage bookings, contracts, extensions, off-hires, deliveries and collections

- Coordinate equipment availability, movements, maintenance and returns

- Maintain accurate rental, stock and contract records

- Resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth hire process

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in the equipment hire industry

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills

- Qualified, proactive and takes ownership

- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
