R2S Medical & Emergency Response is seeking Registered Paramedics to fill permanent positions at Central QLD Coal mine sites for an immediate start. You will be based at remote mining operation, providing medical and emergency response services.
Applicants have to be based in Brisbane (SE QLD)
Must be able to work a 7/7 Day/Night Roster
FIFO flights from Brisbane, Camp accommodation, meals and car hire or company car supplied
Key responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical response and paramedic services at coal mine sites
- Deliver medical care in remote and industrial environments
- Maintain readiness for emergency situations in a mining context
- FIFO flights from Brisbane, Camp accommodation, meals and car hire or company car supplied
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Paramedic in State Ambulance Services, Australian Defence Force medical roles, or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Paramedical Science with current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Open Driver's License (manual)
- Immunisations for Tetanus, Hepatitis A&B;
- Authorized Drug and Alcohol Tester Certification HLTPAT005 (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Clearance completed within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
- Standard 11 Surface and Underground Induction (or willing to obtain)
- Advanced Life Support Level 1 or Level 2 (or willing to obtain)
