Job Description

Dalton Catering in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on part time Event Sales & Execution Coordinator to manage enquiries, plan and book events, and support on-site delivery. This role involves coordinating logistics across operations and sales while maintaining high energy and attention to detail.

You will lead Front of House teams, liaise with clients and suppliers, and work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery. Local Brisbane event knowledge is a plus.
