Compliance Officer - Property Management

We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join a high-performing property management team, working across a large portfolio of properties throughout Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys property, compliance and administration and wants to grow their career within a well-established agency.

The Role

- Manage and monitor property compliance requirements
- Ensure properties meet Victorian rental legislation and compliance standards
- Coordinate smoke alarm, gas, electrical and other safety compliance
- Manage compliance schedules, inspections and documentation
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors




- Follow up outstanding compliance matters and ensure issues are resolved
- Coordinate required maintenance and remedial works
- Maintain accurate compliance records and systems
- Support the wider Property Management team with compliance and administration
- Manage a portfolio of properties across Melbourne
