The Operations Manager came up through the business from a clinical background and answers his own phone — no call centre, no pressure to bill a certain way. The admin is transparent, the workload reasonable, and the last GP to join was fully booked in 2 to 3 weeks on long standing patients.

Flexible Roster n

Part time or full time, days and sessions to suit you. Saturdays are there if you want them, and they're the fastest way to build your own base here — the split rewards turning up for them.

Remuneration n

- $2500 daily Site Billings

- Private consults $70 to $105
n
- 70/30 split through the week
n
- 75% to you on Saturdays
n
- $175 per hour guaranteed for your first 3 months

- Full billing autonomy, run the consult style that suits you

- Chronic disease management through an established book

- Family medicine and preventative care as the core diary
