We're looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a busy project environment and provide essential coordination and delivery support across a range of initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, working with multiple stakeholders and making sure the detail is taken care of.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, actions, RAID logs and key documentation
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and project communications
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, actions and dependencies
- Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep activities on track
- Preparing project updates, reports and presentations
- Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required
- Supporting project governance and ensuring project documentation is kept up to date
- Helping coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator,



Project Officer, PMO or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple projects or workstreams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working with project plans, reporting and project documentation
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and project management platforms
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
