This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect specialising in multi-residential developments, to work on a diverse scope of projects and exercise their creativity and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages fromDD to CA
- Quick to understand and meet project requirements
- Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met
- Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 12years of post-grad experience
- Registration as Architect
- local experience preferred
- Proficiency in Revit is a must!




- Highly competent in Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin.
- Highly experienced in working independently on projects
- High organisation skills and time management
- Schedule preparation and report writing
- Solidunderstanding of BADs, NCC, BCA compliance knowledge
- Experience in Multi-residential sector
