WOW Recruitment is partnering with a well-known consumer lifestyle business to source a Marketing Manager for an immediate-start contract opportunity. This role has become available due to a resignation, with a full handover period available to ensure a smooth transition.

This is an excellent chance for a passionate marketer who enjoys a mix of strategy and execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of key marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Content creation and brand storytelling
- CRM and email marketing coordination
- Digital campaign execution
- Managing external agencies and stakeholders
- Supporting events, activations and partnerships
- Campaign reporting and performance analysis

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 5+ years' marketing experience or comes from a strong Senior Marketing Coordinator background
- Has experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Enjoys working autonomously and taking initiative
- Has strong content, campaign and digital marketing experience
- Brings a positive, energetic and hands-on approach
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves

Experience within lifestyle, consumer, hospitality, sport, entertainment or events-based brands will be highly regarded.
