Lumia Care is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Ashfield, Sydney office. This permanent full-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment of casual healthcare staff, including RNs and Disability Support Workers, to support our field-based care teams.

You'll build a strong pipeline, screen and interview candidates, coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance, while partnering with operations to forecast workforce needs in a quick-paced environment.
