About you

- Minimum 3+ years of luxury retail experience specializing in sales, client aftercare, and elevated service.
- Results-driven self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.




- Deep expertise in luxury leather goods and handbags, skilled at maximizing ATV through strategic cross-selling.
- Exceptional clienteling acumen with a proven High-Net-Worth portfolio.
- Operational agility spanning front-of-house leadership and inventory control.
- Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred but not essential.
- Achieve individual and store objectives.
- Highlight our product categories through your product knowledge and storytelling.
