An established developer is taking their first residential tower to site in March, and they need someone who can set up contract admin from the ground up. Palm Beach corner block, Outstanding architect, two and a half to three years on site, and a second job funded behind it.

First tower for this developer, so you are building the commercial structure and the team at the same time rather than stepping into an established operation.

Salary: $220,000 + Super

- Second job triggers once structure is up, and you move through to Contract Manager on that one.

- Recent residential tower delivery, not towers done years ago
- Hands-on contract admin: happy to build systems rather than inherit them
- Tight, accurate reporting to senior leadership and offshore stakeholders
