CGC Recruitment is partnering with an established Tier 2 commercial builder seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role on a substantial metropolitan Perth project, located in Bentley.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of key project packages.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading procurement and subcontractor negotiations
- Managing head contract and subcontract administration.
- Overseeing project budgets, forecasting and cost reporting.
- Managing progress claims, variations and contractual correspondence.
- Identifying and managing commercial risks.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.




- Supporting and mentoring junior commercial team members.

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Senior Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering projects valued at $20m+.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contracts and commercial risk management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to take ownership of commercial outcomes.
