We're looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to take ownership of contract administration across our full active project portfolio, from handover through to close-out. You'll hold Project Managers accountable for notices, claims and reporting obligations, keep our payment claims and schedules airtight under BIFA and SOPA, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks on our contract register.

This role carries real autonomy and real exposure, including day-to-day support on complex, delivery-phase disputes. You'll need to be comfortable holding your ground with Project Managers, subcontractors and client counterparts alike.

Some of the must-haves:

- Degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying, law or a related field (equivalent industry experience considered)
- 5+ years in contracts administration in construction, civil engineering or a related industry, including complex or contested contracts during delivery
- Demonstrated experience administering payment claims and schedules under BIFA and/or SOPA
- Strong working knowledge of AS4000, AS2124 and standard construction contract frameworks




- Sharp organisational skills and a track record of never missing a statutory deadline

Bonus points for:

- Adjudication-adjacent experience
- Experience negotiating and executing subcontracts, including with legal counsel input on higher-risk terms
- Exposure across both QLD and NSW jurisdictions
