Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced D365 Finance Functional SME with robust Australian statutory, tax and finance expertise to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Australian finance, statutory and tax requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / AX 2012.
- Support configuration and solution design across General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts (COA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), period-end close, statutory reporting, GST/BAS, PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax and Superannuation.
- Define the borrowing-base and lender reporting solution, including calculation logic, reconciliations, approval workflows, audit trails and parallel-run acceptance criteria.
- Support the finance and statutory requirements for a new Australian legal entity being carved out from its parent organisation, including Day 2 requirements.
- Support ERP fit-gap analysis between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle from a statutory compliance, financial controls and reporting perspective.
- Participate in workshops with Finance and Treasury stakeholders covering requirements, solution design, fit-gap analysis and SoW development.




- Support ERP cutover, opening balance migration, first-close activities and audit readiness.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or AX 2012 in Australian finance environments.
- Strong functional experience across GL, COA, AP, AR, O2C, R2R and financial close.
- Strong understanding of Australian GST, BAS, PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, AASB / Australian GAAP and ATO compliance requirements.
- Proven experience with legal entity separations, carve-outs or similar finance transformation projects.
- Experience with ERP cutovers, opening balances, first financial close and audit readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across Finance and Treasury.
- Ability to translate Australian statutory and finance requirements into practical D365 Finance solutions.
