About the role

This is a hands-on role for a therapist who is confident with both treatments and client consultations and understands that great results come from a combination of treatment, home care and an individualised treatment plan. You will work closely with clinic management to maintain exceptional skin care treatment standards and customer care in an exciting position in our Mona Vale Clinic, established for over 20 years, working five days including most Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting professional skin consultations and analysing client concerns
- Developing personalised treatment plans and recommending appropriate home care
- Performing advanced skin treatments and laser treatments
- Delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong client relationships
- Rebooking clients and maintaining strong client retention
- Working towards individual and clinic targets
- Confidently recommending treatments and skincare where appropriate
- Maintaining high treatment and hygiene standards
- Working independently and managing your own treatment column
- Contributing positively to a small, supportive team

About you





- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dermal Therapist
- Has experience in advanced skin treatments and laser
- Is confident conducting consultations and creating treatment plans
- Can work independently and take ownership of their clients and results
- Is commercially minded and comfortable working towards targets
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is passionate about skin health and achieving measurable results
- Takes pride in their work and has high attention to detail
- Is reliable, professional and well presented
- Can work effectively as part of a team
