About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Diagnostic Technician with franchised dealership experience to join our team.
This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys fault-finding, advanced diagnostics, and working with modern vehicle technology. You'll also play a key role in supporting workshop productivity and assisting the wider team with technical guidance.
About You
- Trade qualified Automotive Technician.
- Diagnostic experience within a franchised dealership environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic systems.
- Workshop supervisory or mentoring experience highly regarded.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Current Driver's Licence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults.
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing.
- Complete servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Conduct road tests and quality inspections.
- Provide technical support to workshop staff.
- Assist in maintaining workshop efficiency and productivity.
