Senior Director, Commissioning Location: Melbourne Salary: $280k - $320k + super + bonus Overview MCR are seeking an established commissioning leader to work for the quickest growing hyperscale data centre operator in region.

Overseeing multiple, concurrent commissioning programs across data centre builds in Australia, you'll lead and hire an internal team who will oversee the ICA as well as work closely with general contractors and various stakeholders to ensure that IST for each project is hitting required timelines.

Please note that you'll be traveling in this role as you oversee various FAT's of critical equipment.

Key Requirements

- Mechanically or electrically qualified
- Deep understanding of the commissioning process in line with ASHRAE standards
- Data Centre experience highly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to delegate, mentor and guide others
- Willing and able to travel
