Key Requirements

- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade API solutions using Apigee X, REST APIs, and microservices architectures to enable scalable digital platforms across WooliesX.
- Build and maintain API proxies, security policies, traffic management, authentication, monitoring, analytics, and developer onboarding capabilities within the Apigee ecosystem.
- Develop secure and high-performing integrations using Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, RESTful services, JSON, and cloud-native services across Azure and/or GCP environments.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and engineering teams to define API standards,



integration patterns, and API lifecycle governance for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability practices using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and contemporary engineering practices.
- Provide technical leadership on API strategy, performance optimization, security, troubleshooting, and platform modernization initiatives while operating within Agile delivery teams.

Nice to Have: GCP, Azure, GraphQL, Event-Driven Architecture, Terraform, API Analytics & Monitoring, Retail or Digital Commerce experience.
