The Opportunity

We’re hiring Senior and Lead Backend Engineers to join a growing team with real ownership over the systems behind the product. You’ll shape system design, make technical decisions and see the impact of your work as the product evolves.

What you'll bring

- 8+ years experience in backend engineering, preferably .NET, Java or similar
- Strong system design skills, with experience making sound architectural decisions for cloud-based products
- Experience with relational databases, distributed systems and automated testing
- Experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions in AWS
- Excellent API design skills, using REST or GraphQL
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving the squad
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in technology
- You learn quickly, explore new tools and keep your skills current




- Must have experience working for a startup or scaleup as this is a very rapid-paced, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly
