The Role

As part of a collaborative national Family Law practice, you’ll advise across a broad range of matters, including:

- High-net-worth property and financial settlements
- Complex parenting and children’s matters
- Separation and relationship disputes
- Family violence and protection order matters
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Trust, corporate and third-party interest matters
- International and cross-border Family Law issues

The role calls for a strategic and solutions-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on developing trusted client relationships and delivering practical, considered outcomes. At this level, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior practitioners, share your experience and contribute to the continued growth and development of the wider team.
