About the Role n

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on Gym Manager to lead our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily gym operations, ensuring exceptional member experience, maintaining high operational standards, and driving commercial performance.

Our facilities operate in a 24/7 environment, and flexibility to work varied hours (24/7), including weekends and public holidays, is essential.

Key Responsibilities n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Operations & Leadership n

n
- Oversee the 24/7 operation of the gym, ensuring seamless functionality at all times.
n
- Model Hands on leadership, motivate, and develop a high-performing team and proactive team culture, that delivers a consistently positive member experience.
n
- Manage recruitment, staff development, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions to maintain team effectiveness.
n
- Support and supervise all employees and contractors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
n
- Drive growth of the gym’s membership base through effective sales strategies, networking, and relationship-building.
n
- Achieve and monitor financial and operational KPIs,



ensuring the club meets its commercial objectives.
n
- Promote and drive sales, to meet both individual and team targets.
n
- Ensure the retail area is well-stocked, correctly ticketed, and maintained according to operational checklists.
n
- Oversee Nutrition Bar operations, ensuring food safety, hygiene compliance, cleanliness, and timely stock replenishment.
n

- Proven management experience, in the fitness industry preferred

- A passion for health and fitness, with strong knowledge of industry trends.

- Strong understanding of sales, meeting KPIs, customer service, and member engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

- Availability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 environment.

- Must be 18 years or older.
n
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.

- Valid driver’s license.
