Hunter Primary Care is seeking passionate registered Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing team in Newcastle, NSW. Full-time and/or part time opportunities exist for Proficient and/or Advanced practitioners to deliver Positive Behaviour Support Plans and collaborate with NDIS participants and their networks.

You will conduct risk and functional assessments, promote person-centred and trauma-informed practice, contribute to governance, and provide training and supervision.
