Job Description

Northern Health is seeking a Consumer Peer Support Worker to join the HOPE Program in Mill Park. The role focuses on delivering peer support to consumers in suicidal crisis, drawing on lived experience to foster hope, connection and recovery.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, promote recovery-oriented care, and assist in coordinating with community supports while maintaining confidentiality and skilled boundaries.
