The Sporting Globe in Surfers Paradise is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to back our Head Chef, lead a busy kitchen and keep service running at peak during game days.

You will manage a high-volume operation, develop the crew, monitor food safety and costs, and collaborate with venue leadership to build a kitchen culture that energizes the team and delivers consistent, excellent tasting meals.
