Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to lead a 20+ person team, drive service, safety, and sales within the department. You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with other managers to ensure best experience for customers.

The role requires solid leadership, ability to open/close the store, and a focus on merchandising, stock accuracy, and loss prevention. A high-energy, customer-focused approach is essential.
