Scaffolder - Fall protection and Scaffold installer n

We are seeking an experienced or trainee Scaffolder to join our team at Super Safe Scaffold in Bayswater, VIC. As a Scaffolder - Fall protection and Scaffold installer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance and removal of scaffolding structures to support construction and industrial projects. This is a full-time permanent position.

What you'll be doing n

- Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffold structures according to safety regulations and client specifications
n
- Ensure all scaffolding is installed correctly and safely, with a focus on fall protection measures
n
- Inspect scaffolding regularly and make necessary adjustments or repairs
n
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and coordinate scaffolding needs
n
- Maintain detailed documentation and records of all scaffolding work
n
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
n

What we're looking for nn
- Experience with tools and construction sites is preferred
n




- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges on site

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders

- Ability to work at heights and in diverse weather conditions
n
- Team members residing locally to the Bayswater area
