My Guardian is seeking an experienced NDIS Home Care Worker to provide high-quality morning care for an NDIS participant living in Umina Beach, NSW. The role blends home care with community participation, emphasising a structured routine and positive behaviour support.

The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, able to establish transparent boundaries, and hold a valid First Aid certificate plus an NDIS check.
