Casual All-Rounder for our fast-paced, busy café in Mentone for 3 days a week (flexible).
Key responsibilities
Solid hands-on cooking skills working alongside the Head Chef (sandwiches, grill, pans, etc.)
Deep understanding of our menu and ensuring the station runs smoothly
Maintaining quality control of fresh produce and ingredients
Assisting with stock checks and inventory
Ensuring constant upkeep of kitchen cleanliness, including operating the dishwasher
About you
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
