Job Description

Secret Customer Australia is recruiting Mystery Shoppers to visit local venues around Tamworth, NSW and surrounding suburbs. You’ll be paid to assess customer service by visiting cafes, cinemas, retail outlets, or other local businesses as a normal paying customer.

You’ll fill out an online questionnaire after each visit, detailing observations. Payments are issued after QA approval, typically within 14 days, with per-job amounts ranging from A$20 to A$150.
