Salary: $40.00 – $45.00/hr (HC) | $37.00 – $40.00/hr (HR) + Penalty Rates + Super

Duties & Responsibilities Safe operation of HC Side loader and HR Rigid Tilt Tray vehicles across the metropolitan area; efficient loading, unloading,



and securing of containers and machinery in a safe and compliant manner; providing excellent 5-star customer service to all clients; maintaining strong knowledge of Sydney roads to meet schedules; keeping vehicles clean, tidy, and well-maintained daily; and working collaboratively with team members while adhering strictly to safe work practices.

What We Are Looking For:

- Valid HC or HR Driver Licence with driving experience
- Valid White Card and MSIC (or a genuine willingness to obtain both upon hire)
- Strong local knowledge of the Sydney metropolitan road network
- Excellent presentation, self-motivation, explicit communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude
- Side loader experience is preferred, but we are fully willing to train the right HC candidate!
