Engineering Tooling Supplies is seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales/Warehouse Person to join our team in Loganholme, QLD. This is a full-time position that combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with warehouse operations and inventory management. You will play a crucial role in driving sales whilst maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and products are managed professionally. This position is integral to our business success, bridging the gap between our customers' needs and our operational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Manage sales inquiries from customers via phone, email and in-person, providing product recommendations and quotations

n

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining detailed records

n

Receive, inspect and organise incoming inventory, ensuring proper stock management and organisation

n

Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory systems

n

Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring quality and accuracy

n

Manage warehouse organisation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

n

Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and any issues that may arise

n

Maintain knowledge of product specifications and availability to assist customers effectively

n

Perform general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping tasks

n

Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience in a sales and warehouse environment, ideally within the engineering, tooling or manufacturing sectors

n

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and build rapport

n

Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse software

n





Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in order processing and stock management

n

Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving items safely

n

Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new computer systems

n

A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

n

Full clean driving licence is preferred

n

Product knowledge or experience in engineering supplies or tooling is advantageous
