THE ROLE

As our Retail Area Manager for NSW, you'll lead all six of our NSW boutiques: Bondi Junction, Chatswood, Double Bay, Macquarie, Mosman and Parramatta.

Reporting to our National Retail Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for our Boutique Managers and their teams. You'll coach them, back them, and hold a high bar for service, sales and culture.

This is a hands-on role. Most of your week is spent on the floor across your boutiques, with a dedicated admin day to plan, roster and stay connected with your teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading and growing people

- Coaching and developing our Boutique Managers and Assistant Boutique Managers to lead with confidence
- Building succession plans so our next leaders are ready when the time comes
- Running regular boutique visits, team training and performance conversations, with support from HR
- Making sure every new team member is welcomed and set up well from day one
- Keeping morale high and culture positive across every boutique

Driving results

- Owning sales to budget and growth across the NSW boutiques
- Using your KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion) to spot opportunities and act on them
- Managing wages, rosters and expenses to budget
- Keeping shrinkage within benchmark and stock working hard

Delivering the BEC + BRIDGE experience





- Leading by example on the floor and building a loyal client base
- Supporting our Double Bay team to deliver a special experience for our ready-to-wear and bridal clients
- Partnering with our National Visual Merchandising Manager so our boutiques look beautiful and sell well
- Handling client feedback with care and turning it into better service
- Keeping boutiques safe, compliant and running smoothly behind the scenes

Being the connection

- Sharing insights with our National Retail Manager and helping shape retail strategy
- Working closely with our head office teams so boutiques and head office work as one

ABOUT YOU

- Experience leading multiple sites as an Area, State or Regional Manager, or a senior Boutique/Store Manager ready for the next step
- A background in premium, luxury or fashion retail
- A track record of hitting sales and KPI targets, and knowing how you got there
- A natural coach who is confident giving feedback and having the harder conversations with care
- Commercial sense: you're comfortable with budgets, wage percentages and reporting
- Organised and accountable. You own your results and follow through
- Warm, approachable, and someone your team wants to learn from
- Flexibility to work around trade peaks, events and weekends
- A full driver's licence and your own car
