As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused Senior Finance Account Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving equipment financing business growth, supporting sales performance, managing customer financing solutions, and strengthening relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing financing penetration while ensuring effective risk and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess customer finance applications and support credit approval processes.
- Conduct credit and risk assessments and identify potential exposures.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, repayments and overdue accounts.
- Manage finance documentation, insurance requirements and compliance.
- Work closely with sales, dealers,



credit teams and HQ to support asset finance growth.
- Provide portfolio analysis, reporting and risk insights to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in asset finance, equipment finance, banking or commercial lending.
- Strong knowledge of credit assessment, risk control and portfolio management .
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Heavy equipment or dealer finance experience highly regarded.
- Mandarin is essential for communication with HQ.
