The Role
Working within an integrated qualified services firm, you will provide tailored financial advice and strategies that help clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. Best of all, you will enjoy dedicated paraplanning and admin support so you can focus on building relationships rather than cold prospecting. Core responsibilities include:
- Client Strategy & Advice: Developing and managing comprehensive financial plans, covering investment strategies, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining solid, long-term client relationships through regular communication and annual review meetings.
- Holistic Collaboration: Working closely with internal Accounting, Tax, Lending, and Business Advisory teams to deliver seamless, comprehensive solutions.
- Compliance & Currency: Staying up to date with legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure contemporary, compliant advice.
What You Bring To be successful in this vital job, you will possess:
- Full qualification and ASIC-compliant status as a Financial Adviser, meeting current industry standards, including a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing holistic financial advice to retail clients.
- A proven track record of building robust client relationships and delivering tailored advice.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
