About The Role As the Senior Innovation and Advisory Officer, you will work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyse information, explore opportunities and contribute to projects that deliver meaningful outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to apply critical thinking, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills across a broad range of initiatives. Whether supporting strategic planning, business improvement activities, digital transformation projects or organisational priorities, you will help drive practical outcomes that create value for the organisation.
Your Responsibilities In this role,
you will:
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, digital transformation activities and business improvement projects that support QLeave's organisational priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
- Undertake research, analysis and options development to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefing materials, business cases and governance documentation for leaders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate and support initiatives from planning through to implementation, ensuring risks, dependencies and outcomes are effectively managed.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops and collaborative working sessions to drive innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Experience preparing high-quality written materials such as briefing notes, reports, business cases or executive correspondence.

- Sound organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in continuous improvement, transformation and organisational success.
Experience in areas such as business improvement, project delivery, consulting, government operations, strategic planning, research and analysis, or change initiatives will be highly regarded.
