One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage a Senior Integration Lead (Discovery & Migration)

1. Contract Duration: 8 weeks (Discovery) + likely extension option to end of 30 June 2027
2. Work Location: Canberra
3. Work Arrangement: Purely Onsite - 5 Days week
4. Eligibility: You must need to have NV2 Security Clearance or above.
5. Tentative Start Date: ASAP
6. Working Hours: 8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Lead to support the discovery and planning phase of a large-scale identity and data integration modernisation program .

This is an opportunity to provide senior technical leadership across a complex integration workplace, helping to understand existing platforms, assess migration complexity, identify dependencies and risks, and establish practical migration pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery and analysis activities across existing integration environments.
- Reverse engineer existing ETL and integration workflows.
- Analyse data synchronisation and identity management processes.
- Develop migration backlogs and complexity assessments.




- Identify technical dependencies, risks and potential migration pathways.
- Support estimation, sequencing and delivery planning.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to future migration teams.

Desired Experience

- Strong experience working within complex integration and ETL environments .
- Experience with identity and directory synchronisation platforms .
- Background in legacy system modernisation and migration programs .
- Strong workflow, dependency and technical analysis capabilities.
- Experience with data integration, transformation and synchronisation patterns .
- Scripting and automation experience.
- Experience within large-scale enterprise environments is highly regarded.
