Role until EOFY 2027 + multiple extensions

MTP Services is seeking an experienced Senior Integration and Data Migration Lead to support the discovery and planning phase of a large-scale enterprise modernisation program.

This role will suit an Integration Architect, Data Migration Lead or Data Architect who can analyse complex legacy environments and turn technical findings into a practical migration roadmap.

Key responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery across legacy integration, ETL, data and identity environments.
- Analyse and reverse-engineer existing workflows, interfaces and data flows.
- Document current-state systems, dependencies, risks and migration constraints.
- Develop source-to-target mappings and identify transformation and remediation requirements.
- Assess migration complexity and define appropriate migration pathways.
- Produce migration backlogs, work packages and sequencing recommendations.
- Support estimation, testing, cutover and delivery planning.
- Facilitate workshops with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide technical leadership to future migration teams.

What we are looking for

- Extensive experience in enterprise integration,



data migration or legacy modernisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery and current-state analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ETL, data transformation and synchronisation patterns.
- Experience developing migration strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Ability to identify technical dependencies, risks and remediation requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills.
- Experience with scripting or automation using SQL, Python or PowerShell.

Experience with technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SSIS, Informatica, DataStage, IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, MuleSoft or similar platforms will be highly regarded. Exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MIM/FIM, SailPoint, Okta or other identity and directory-synchronisation platforms would also be advantageous.

You do not need experience with every technology listed. We are primarily looking for strong discovery, migration-planning and technical leadership experience within a complex enterprise setting.
