About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this key role will partner across the business to deliver financial reporting, analysis and planning support that enables informed decision-making and drives business performance. You will provide commercial insights, challenge assumptions and help translate complex financial information into meaningful outcomes for operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Coordinating monthly forecasting, reporting and variance analysis activities to support business performance.
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights, and decision-making support.
- Supporting annual business planning, budgeting and financial modelling activities.
- Preparing Board, Executive and management reporting.
- Performing financial analysis to identify trends, risks,



opportunities and key business drivers.
- Enhancing financial reporting systems, data integrity and analytics capabilities.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across financial planning and reporting processes.

What We Are Looking For

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting, with CA/CPA qualification (or working towards completion).
- Experience in management accounting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and ERP systems within an organisation of similar size and operational complexity.
- Experience providing financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making.
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
