About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Partners to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high net wealth clients and complex business groups.
- Develop trusted adviser relationships with clients and their professional networks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and firm profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants and support staff.
- Improve internal systems, workflows and firm-wide processes.
- Drive a culture of exceptional client service and professional excellence.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Take an active leadership role in the future direction and growth of the firm.
About You You are a natural relationship builder who combines technical expertise with commercial acumen.
You will ideally possess
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Extensive experience within a public practice accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of tax, business advisory and wealth creation strategies.
- Currently in commerce at a senior level, with some experience in private practice.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Genuine ambition to progress to Partner level.
