About the Role

As our Senior Media Sales Consultant, you will drive market share and revenue across the Tamworth region, representing The Northern Daily Leader and ACM’s broader commercial products. This is a senior, strategic role focused on partnering with local businesses to develop multi-platform marketing solutions that deliver real results. You will work closely with the Local Sales Manager to build a robust pipeline, supporting a masthead that has been the trusted voice of the New England and North West communities for over 150 years.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting, networking, and pitching tailored marketing solutions to new and lapsed clients across the Tamworth region.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, meeting with customers regularly to provide needs analysis, strategic advice, and comprehensive cross-platform solutions.
- Develop persuasive proposals that directly address customer needs, objectives, and market trends.
- Track all sales activity and client intelligence efficiently using ACM's CRM system.
- Promote the masthead locally by actively engaging with community events and local business organisations.

What You’ll Bring





- Proven face-to-face sales experience with a proven track record in strategic marketing, confident negotiation, and business development.
- Strong CRM experience and intermediate digital literacy (Google Suite, Excel) to effectively manage your pipeline.
- A current, valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle for regular client meetings.
- A solid base of relevant industry contacts in the Tamworth area and degree qualifications in business or marketing.
