Job Description

Water's Edge Canberra seeks an experienced front-of-house leader to oversee lunch, dinner, and function service. You will train and roster a small FOH team, maintain high standards on every shift, and manage guest flow from bookings to seating.

You will own guest experiences, handle complaints and online reviews, and coordinate with the kitchen on timing, menus and specials. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
