Endeavour Group's ALH brand is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, compliance, and asset management across Victoria's hotel and retail venues. Based in Melbourne with travel across Victoria, you will drive uptime, manage trade contractors, and optimise our internal facilities management system.

You will monitor budgets, support capex projects, ensure WHS compliance, and engage with Venue Managers to deliver reliable, secure, and welcoming venues across the network.
