ShoreWorXis an Australian owned business that specialises in the hire of Aluminium Trench Shoring and associated safety products to the Civil Construction Industry throughout Current South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

We are looking for a reliable, practical and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a predominantly hands on position, responsible for keeping the yard, equipment and day to day operations running efficiently. You'll be working closely in conjunction with the Yard Foreman and State Manager to coordinate equipment movements, prepare hires, manage the yard and ensure jobs are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilites

- Coordinate daily operations and ensure staff are appropriately allocated to scheduled tasks
- Manage and coordinate yard staff to ensure hire equipment is prepared and available when required
- Coordinate equipment movements, deliveries, collections and returns
- Oversee the hire process from equipment preparation through to return
- Ensure pre-hire and return inspections are completed correctly in Latner
- Liaise with customers to confirm equipment requirements, delivery details and hire arrangements
- Monitor equipment availability and coordinate upcoming hire requirements
- Communicate maintenance, repairs or equipment issues to the appropriate team members




- Assist with resolving day-to-day operational issues and changing priorities
- Ensure the yard is adequately resourced and daily requirements are met
- Maintain clear communication between the yard, hire customers, drivers and management
- Ensure operational procedures and safety requirements are followed
- Remain hands-on and assist with day-to-day tasks when required

About You

- Practical and hands-on, with a "get stuck in" attitude
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and team members
- Able to manage changing priorities and work to deadlines
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
- Experience in equipment hire, construction, transport, logistics or yard operations is highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
- HR license is advantageous
