About theOpportunity

The Head of Radiography will play a key role in strengthening workforce capability, technical excellence, and professional practice across the Radiography team.

Working in partnership with the Clinic Operations Manager, this role will maintain a strong clinical focus, supporting the delivery of high-quality radiography services, fostering staff development, and promoting exceptional patient care and service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership to the Radiography team, fostering engagement, capability, and a culture of excellence
- Act as theclinical owner of Radiography protocols, with responsibility for protocol oversight and approval
- Drive high clinical standards and quality outcomes aligned with RSA’s clinicalobjectivesand patient care standards
- Support continuous professional development and capability uplift across the Radiography workforce
- Contribute to business strategy, recommending operational improvements and innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and align with broader organisational goals




- Champion the safe and effective integration of advanced technologies and imaging practices
- Maintain accountability for modality performance, overseeing clinical and workforce development outcomes whilemonitoringand analysing KPIs to ensure the effective,timely, and budget-compliant delivery of high-quality services acrossthe modality
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives, innovation, and departmental priorities
