Job Description

CommBank is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advice on financial crime risks, including AML/CTF and sanctions, across governance, products, customers and regulatory engagement.

The role requires Australian legal qualification and a current practising certificate, with solid experience in financial services regulation and in-house or regulatory settings. You will advise Economic Crime Risk and related business units, using practical, technology‑assisted approaches.
