UKO in Recent South Wales is looking for a dedicated Facilities Handyman / Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance across our apartment blocks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and fixture repairs.

You will conduct routine inspections, respond to resident requests, coordinate with property managers and contractors, maintain tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure facilities are clean and well-presented to enhance the resident experience.
