Australasian Music Supplies (AMS) in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Account Manager to work with our network of music retailers, handling product enquiries, orders and sales opportunities across our range of instruments and accessories.

You will build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers, handle inbound enquiries and identify ways to grow sales within current accounts, while collaborating with sales, purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure outstanding service.
